She comes to the Clinic from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UWSP), where she was a university conference coordinator.

Williams grew up in Marshfield and spent 10 years in Minneapolis, where she earned her degree and subsequently worked for the University of Minnesota. Most recently she served as coordinator of business operations for the university's conference and event services department.

"I enjoyed my time at the University of Minnesota but I really longed to return to Marshfield," she said. "The schools here are outstanding and it's a great place to raise a family." She and her husband, Jeremy, who works in financial aid at UWSP, have a young daughter, Lorelei.

At Marshfield Clinic, she will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the donor databases.  She will be a key part of our team assisting at our events and playing an integral part of our prospect management process.

She is a staunch fan of the University of Minnesota men's hockey team. She enjoys cooking, being outdoors and spending time with her family.

"We are very excited to have Steph on our team as her personality and skill set are a very good match to making our already successful team even better," said Joe Baierl, Development operations manager.
