The Sportsmetrics program is the first training program scientifically proven to reduce ligament injuries in female athletes.

Sportsmetrics™: Don't be left o​​n the sidelines!

Sportsmetrics™ has been proven to:

  • Reduce the risk of serious knee injury
  • Increase vertical jump height, up to 4 inches
  • Improve hamstring to quadriceps strength and symmetry in right-to-left leg power
  • Improve landing mechanics and reduce side-to-side movements at the knee

Program details

Marshfield Clinic licensed athletic trainers offer the Sportsmetrics™ training program each summer for area athletes.

  • 18 sessions over 6 weeks, including pre and post-training testing
  • Sessions include warm-up, jumping routine, conditioning and weight lifting
