Concussion: Guidelines for coaches, athletes and families

Parents, coaches and children involved in organized youth sports are required by Wisconsin state law to receive information about the signs, symptoms and risks of sports related to concussion.

The law also provides that parents, coaches and athletes sign a statement declaring they have received and understand the information.
