Podiatrist Kerry Dernbach, treats a wide variety of foot and ankle conditions including injuries requiring surgical procedures and problems solved by non-surgical means.

"As a podiatrist, I take care of a wide spectrum of conditions involving the foot and ankle," explains Dr. Dernbach. "Within the foot and ankle there are numerous injuries and complex diseases that I am uniquely qualified to detect and manage to help improve your lifestyle."

Dr. Dernbach provides care to patients by providing both surgical and non-surgical treatments to her patients. "My main goal is to form a treatment plan that is unique to each person so they get the care that is right for them — whether that be surgical or non-surgical options."

There are numerous non-surgical treatment options available to patients for their foot and ankle aches and pains. Treatments can sometimes include medications, immobilization, orthotics, injections and physical therapy. Those patients needing surgery receive the most advanced surgical care to treat their specific condition.

Originally from Wausau, Dr. Dernbach is a graduate of Wausau West High School who played tennis, soccer and downhill skiing. She and her husband continue to enjoy these activities and other outdoor sports with their two children.

Dr. Dernbach is board certified in foot surgery. She earned her medical degree from the Des Moines University – College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. She completed her residency in podiatric surgery at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana.
