Whether you get the vaccine or not, our care teams are ready to meet your needs.


No one that receives the COVID-19 vaccine will have to pay out-of-pocket costs for the vaccine, the office visit or other fees related to the vaccine. Vaccine administrators will not deny anyone vaccination based on the vaccine recipient’s coverage status or network status. Learn more here.

Get the Vaccine

We want to make getting the COVID-19 vaccine easy for you. We have multiple options available to get your vaccine. You can choose the option that is most convenient for you.

All individuals age 12 and over are now eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine.

People who are moderately to severely immunocompromised are eligible to receive an additional dose of a mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna). The CDC and FDA are considering booster doses for other populations at this time.

• Make an appointment at a convenient time for you, without waiting for us to call you back.
• Appointments may book up quickly.
• Only available for individuals that have used Marshfield Clinic Health System services.
• Please cancel your appointment if you get your vaccine elsewhere.

Walk-in clinic

Key features:

• If you are eligible, get your vaccine during walk-in times.
• No appointment needed, but limited number of vaccines. Once we are out of vaccine, walk-in clinic will close.
• Will need to watch for dates and times of walk-in clinics.

How to protect yourself

No matter your choice, take these steps to protect yourself and loved ones from the virus:

• Isolate if you have COVID-19 symptoms.
• Wear a mask in public.
• Social distance when possible.
• Continue wellness visits with your provider.
• Eat a healthy diet and exercise.
