Customer Feedback Panel

​Participants needed for customer feedback

As we launch new services at Marshfield Clinic Health System to address our patients’ needs during the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to know how well these services are working for customers. 

We are looking for participants to take part in feedback sessions and provide feedback on new and current services. Participant input will help us provide our customers with better health care experiences.

Most feedback sessions will last an hour. During the session, you will have an opportunity to try new service features and provide your feedback. We also may ask you to complete a survey. Participation usually includes compensation for your time. 

In order to prevent the spread of the virus, feedback sessions will be held remotely, so participants can be from across our Health System service area.
