Fair – Vital signs are stable and within normal limits; patient is conscious, but may be uncomfortable; indicators are favorable.

Serious – Vital signs are unstable and not within normal limits; patient may be unconscious; indicators are questionable.

Critical – Vital signs are unstable and not within normal limits; patient may not be conscious; indicators are unfavorable.

Treated and released – Patient was treated at hospital and released. We cannot disclose where patient was released to.

Treated and transferred – Patient was treated and transferred to a different medical facility. We cannot disclose name or location of the facility.
