Marshfield Clinic Stratford Center is staffed by physicians who provide services in Medicine/Pediatrics (Med/Peds)* and family medicine.

Med/Peds is concerned with the total health care of any individual and the entire family. Family medicine integrates the biological, clinical and behavioral sciences to treat the whole patient, no matter the age, gender or disease.

The Stratford Center was the first regional center to open outside of Marshfield. It opened in October 1973.

Stratford Center is accredited by American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (Quad A) as a Rural Health Clinic of Marshfield Clinic Health System.

Stratford is a village about 9 miles from Marshfield. Businesses include AB Process Systems, an international designer and builder of process machines, and Stratford Homes. The community supports not only its schools but also supports the local athletic teams.

*Physicians who are board certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics staff a department called internal medicine/pediatrics, sometimes abbreviated "Med/Peds."
