Serving patients from throughout Chippewa County and beyond, the Chippewa Falls Center offers care in a number of specialties and family medicine.

Clinic Pharmacy services are available on-site.

Chippewa Falls Center is accredited by The Joint Commission and is a Primary Care Medical Home-certified health care facility.

2014-2015 Eau Claire Community Health Assessment

The 2014-2015 Eau Claire Community Health Assessment is a joint effort of nine partner organizations in the Eau Claire and Chippewa County, Wisconsin- including Marshfield Clinic, to improve the quality of life in the Chippewa Valley. The survey of the community that was completed by the community members helps assess the health needs. The purpose of the assessment is to identify the top health concerns in the community and mobilize the community in working toward prevention for these areas of concern. The three top areas of health priorities for the Eau Claire County were: Mental Health, Alcohol Misuse and Obesity (Substance Use for Chippewa County).
